Fully funded Malaysian Technical Cooperation Programme (MTCP) Scholarship 2022

The Malaysian Technical Cooperation Programme MTCP Scholarship 2022 application period is currently open. The Master's Degree Program is open to applicants with undergraduate degrees. The Malaysian government sponsors the fully funded scholarship program known as the MTCP Scholarship, which is intended to encourage international students from the developing countries to pursue postgraduate studies in Malaysia. Applicants will attend one of Malaysia's Top Universities without paying an additional registration fee.

Depending on the type of course, the Malaysian Technical Cooperation Programme (MTCP) Scholarship lasts between 12 and 24 months. There are numerous courses offered. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • Not more than 45 years old at the time of application.
  • Applicants should obtain a minimum of Second Class Upper (Honors) or a minimum CGPA of 3.5 or equivalent at Undergraduate Degree level.
  • Proof of English Language Proficiency:
    Scanned copy of the original proof of English Language Proficiency such as IELTS (minimum total score 6); or TOEFL internet-based test with a score of 70 or equivalent.
  • Has an excellent level of health certified by a doctor/physician. The cost of the medical check-up shall be fully borne by the applicant.
  • Scholars must undertake full-time study for postgraduate programs at the selected Malaysian Universities (Please refer List of Universities).

  • A certified copy of Academic Transcript;
  • Curriculum Vitae;
  • A certified copy of English Language Proficiency tests (TOEFL/ IELTS/ PTE/ CAE/ CPE/ MUET/ equivalent qualification);
  • A certified copy of Passport as evidence of nationality (minimum of 18 months’ validity);
