Joint Japan World Bank Graduate Scholarship Program 2023 fully funded scholarship

The Joint Japan World Bank Graduate Scholarship Program is available to students with a bachelor's degree who want to pursue a master's degree program. This fully-funded master's scholarship program aims to assist international students with two years or more of experience in the development sector who wish to pursue a graduate or master's degree in a development-related program. It is an opportunity for students who want to study abroad but cannot afford to do so due to a lack of external funding and financial support.

The scholarship is being offered to promote education for economic growth; the joint initiative will provide quality education, human resource development, and capacity building in individuals to help them achieve the goals they have set for themselves through this prestigious scholarship. The fully-funded international student scholarships will assist students in gaining knowledge in a specific area in order to build a professional profile through acquired skills.

To be considered for the World Bank Scholarship Program, applicants must be accepted to one of the 48 programs in the United States of America, Japan, Africa, various European countries, and Oceania. If applicants are not accepted into any of the eligible graduate programs, they are not eligible for the Joint Japan World Bank Graduate Scholarship Program. After completing a two-year graduate degree program, the applicants will return to their home countries to use their education and skills gained through the scholar program to help their home countries develop economically and socially.
