SIIT fully funded Scholarship Program in Thailand 2023, application open!
Scholarships by Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology (SIIT) are available for excellent students from reputable universities of any foreign country to study in a master’s or a doctoral degree program at Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology (SIIT), Thammasat University, Thailand.
Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology (SIIT) offers different programs at a master and doctoral levels, leading to Master of Engineering (M.Eng.), Master of Science (M.Sc.), and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.). In addition, SIIT offers three master of engineering programs, namely, Master of Engineering Program in Engineering Technology, Master of Engineering Program in Information and Communication Technology for Embedded Systems, and Master of Engineering Program in Logistics and Supply Chain Systems Engineering. It also offers a Master of Science Program in Engineering and Technology and Doctor of Philosophy Program in Engineering and Technology.
Currently, the Institute has faculty member and student exchange programs in place with a number of universities in Asia, Australia, Europe, and North America. These programs allow not only faculty members to collaborate on research projects with their counterparts, but also students to take courses at those universities. In addition, qualified foreign professors are regularly invited to visit and teach SIIT courses as part of such programs.

Scholarship Benefits:
- Full SIIT tuition and educational support fees (full thesis support)
- Living allowance of 10,000 baht per month
- Round trip economy travel expenses, the most direct route to and from Thailand
and the recipient’s home country (maximum 20,000 baht/student)
- Miscellaneous expenses such as visa fees, airport taxes, etc. (Not over 10,000 baht)
- Health and accident insurance during the period of scholarship in Thailand
- Scholarship recipients are required to stay at the SIIT dormitory for a period of at least 12 months.
Eligibility criteria:
- Student Must not be a Thai nationality.
- The candidate must meet qualifications of SIIT graduate program admissions
- Have good health and good conduct.
- Must not be a recipient of another type of scholarship.

For the online application process, candidate is required to prepare and attach documents as the electronic files (Jpeg., Jpg., PDF. format) as follows:
- A statement of purpose (At least one page of a statement of purpose)
- A Curriculum Vitae (CV) or resume
- An official transcript or current transcript:
- For Master’s degree application
Bachelor’s degree transcript
- For Doctoral degree application
Bachelor’s degree transcript, and Master’s degree transcript
- Certificate of English proficiency test (if any)
Remark: The applicant can apply for the online application even though there is no any certificate of English proficiency test.
- Citizen ID card or passport
- Research paper, publication or certificates (if any)
- Recent photograph (1 x 1.5 inches’ size as jpeg. only)
- Two strong recommendation letters (at least one recommendation letter must come from an academic instructor/advisor)
