Call for application in State Polytechnic of Malang's International program scholarship 2022, registration are now open!
2021, a memorable year for all students around the world who had to deal with the pandemic situations hitting different countries. Despite this fact, new teaching methods have been applied so that students could continue to study online. But what about scholarships for foreign studies? While some scholarships have been cancelled, such as KNB or Darmasiswa, others continue to offer places for applications, such as the State Polytechnic of Malang, in Indonesia, which accepted a dozen international students last year.
Indeed, since February 2022, State Polytechnic of Malang has again opened scholarship registrations for available international programs whose first semester will begin in August 2022. Get ready from now!
Scholarship Description of Polinema International Program
To broaden the opportunity for internationalization, State Polytechnic of Malang (known as Polinema), Indonesia, is offering a scholarship to study a bachelor's degree in one of the available departments. Selected candidates could experience:
- 8 semesters of undergraduate studies in the chosen field (4 years)
- An international classroom and learning methodology, taught in English.
- A study environment full of opportunities and practice.
- Indonesian language and culture.
Type of scholarship available:
Depending on the results of the participants after the various selection tests, the candidate may be admitted to one of the three types of scholarship below:
- Full scholarship: The candidate will receive a monthly stipend worth Rp.2,400,000 and tuition fees will be covered by the university.
- Partial scholarship: Tuition fees will be paid by the university, but the candidate will not receive a monthly allowance.
- Private student: The candidate will have to pay the tuition fees and take care of his own monthly expenses.

- Engineering in mechanical production and maintenance

- Online registration: February 21 – May 31, 2022
- Document evaluation: 2 - 10 June 2022
- Announcement of the evaluation of the documents: June 17, 2022
- Online entry test: June 28-29, 2022 (English level and knowledge test on the chosen program)
- Announcement of the entrance test: July 1, 2022
- Online interview: July 12-13, 2022
- Interview announcement: July 29, 2022
- Welcome ceremony and student orientation: August 15-29, 2022
- Beginning of the first semester: August 30, 2022

- Prepare a brief description on the applicant's motivation to study in Indonesia and participate in the international program.

- Curriculum vitae
- Academic records and diplomas
- Non-academic records
- Letter of recommendation from the candidate's institution.
- Letter of recommendation from the Indonesian embassy / general consulate in the candidate's country.
- Certificate of good conduct (from the Police Department)
- Language certificate demonstrating that the candidate can fluently speak the English language (Less than 2 years old, TOEFL/IELTS/TOEIC recommended)
